I like that all staff were very hospitable. Hotel is relatively new so all rooms were very and superbly clean. The view by the pool is exquisite.

The hotel is new and you can see and feel that. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The bed and chairs were comfortable, the toilettries esp the soap was amazingly fragrant. We also brought our dog and they gave us a bed and toy for him. There was a cute playpen for toddlers too.

Who could ask for more..? The level of comfort and service here, as far as I reckon, is top notch. For a 1st visit to the Philippines, I found the staff very approachable and accommodating. From front gate, to check in, to bar food 😋 (Master chef..), to room service and house keeping... 10/10 all round. Big thank you to Mr Joel, Ms Amy at Bar and Ms Amy Housekeeping 👍🏻 See you next round 😀

What I like most is the view deck from the 21st floor as well as the convenience store and some restaurants on the other side of the hotel.

It is facing rockwell makati and have amazing view from the pool area! Place is quite and safe since its surrounded by security in different entry/exit point. Staff are accommodating.. 100/10 for that!

breakfast changes daily, fresh and tasty. Staff are all very kind and nice. Room is spacious and clean, I would recommend this hotel for others.

HIGHLY RECOOOO!!!! BEFORE OKADA ANG GUSTO KONG HOTEL SINCE TRAVELER KAMI BOTH LEISURE AND WORK , AND OUR COMPANY IS EXPANDING WE NEED A SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! SUPERB!! SALAMAT PO!! BABALIK AKO DITO!!! The views were amazing and at night it was very beautiful looking at the city, the space was amazing and there staff were very warm and welcoming, very nice and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel, one of the best experiences and stays I've had in the Philippines, will definitely be coming here again soon and recommending to friends and family 10/10 I loved it 😊

No1 is the friendly staff and the clean facilities. I just would like to suggest if you have a bar in the night. The breakfast is okay but it would be better if it has a lot of more choice like not only 1 fruit of choice maybe you can have a choices of salad to or canapes.
